Manage recruitment & selection process at plant. Prepare notes, drafts, office orders and memos in respect of HR operations. Coordinate official meetings at plant site and ensure the distribution of meeting minutes. Administer performance review program of all employees of plant. Prepare employee separation notice and related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reason behind separation. Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures across the plant. Ensure smooth and accurate communication between management and employees. Conduct departmental audit and maintain all compliances as per set procedures. Ensure legal compliance of policies, disciplinary procedures, employee separation process and prepare severance payment as per policy. Monitor leaves & daily attendance of all staff. Time to time verify and ensure physical attendance of each and every employee. Supervise and monitor the cleaning & gardening activities to ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene in the factory premises. Facilitate the transportation and accommodation for foreigners and guests.
