Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes. Assist in preparing Manpower budgets and present a hiring plan. Manage recruitment & selection procedure. Coordinate Induction program. Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management. Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software. Assist to make and implement Company HR & Compliance policies as per local law and different code of conducts. Assist to conduct yearly performance assessment & based on that take necessary steps to achieve the required performance level. Maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance Ensuring all necessary documentation essential for the Company. Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department. Coordinate to arrange different Training Program. Regularly keep in touch with the management and factory to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies. Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly. To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place Management may add any task as deemed necessary permanently or temporarily
