Conduct the recruitment & selection process at plant. Ensure compliance of labor laws and BG rules within the factory. Execute the disciplinary issues such as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal, and so on as per Labor Law. Maintain employee's personal file on regular basis and update employee related data in HRIS. Prepare notes, drafts, office orders and memos in respect of HR operations. Check daily attendance and maintain Leave of employees. Encourage and motivate workers and employees for better performance and ensure administrative control. Organize official meetings at plant site and ensure the distribution of meeting minutes. Ensure proper cleanliness, health, hygiene and safety programs in the factory premises. Provide logistic supports for officer's residence. Arrange the transportation and accommodation for foreigners and guests
